| DSF-287HM is an Oil based dispersant for the process to polish surface of sapphire wafer which is used in LED. Main ingredient of the dispersant is Hydrocarbon paraffin. The slurry in which diamond powder is spread is sprayed on the copper plate. The slurry is permeated into the plate minutely and grinds the contact surface of sapphire wafer. Especially the product has high viscosity and excellent dispersibility of diamond power so wafer is damaged less in the process of grinding. Also Mechinability is a30% more better than the existing products which was applied to the process until a recent date. |
